Jyotirmay does not sell subscriptions. However, we offer an optional Auto Top-Up feature for credits.
1) How Auto Top-Up works
When enabled, Auto Top-Up automatically purchases a selected credit bundle when your credit balance reaches the threshold shown at activation (for example, low balance or zero).
2) How to cancel Auto Top-Up
You can disable Auto Top-Up anytime:
Through Jyotirmay settings (if available), or
By emailing corp@jyotirmay.co.in with the subject: Disable Auto Top-Up
Disabling Auto Top-Up stops future automatic purchases. It does not reverse purchases already completed successfully.
3) Bank/UPI/card mandate cancellation
Depending on payment method, your bank/payment app may also allow you to cancel the underlying standing instruction/mandate. Please follow your payment provider's instructions.
