1) Website access
Browsing the Jyotirmay website is free.
2) Delivery of credits (digital)
When a credit purchase is successful, credits are usually added to your account immediately. In rare cases, it may take up to 30 minutes due to payment confirmation delays.
3) Delivery of outputs (digital)
Once credits are available, eligible outputs (horoscope/guidance) are delivered in the service/app.
4) If delivery fails
If payment is successful but credits do not appear, contact us at corp@jyotirmay.co.in with your transaction ID.
