This Refund Policy applies to credit purchases on Jyotirmay.
1) General rule
Credits are a digital prepaid product. Once credits are successfully added to your Jyotirmay account, the purchase is treated as delivered and is generally non-refundable.
2) Refunds we will consider
We will consider a refund if:
Payment succeeded but credits were not added You were charged twice for the same intended purchase You were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error
3) Time limit
You must request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
4) Refund method
If approved, refunds will be made to the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to an alternative method.

Subject: Refund Request - Transaction ID
Include: registered email, transaction ID, date/time, and issue details.
6) Timelines
If approved, we initiate refunds within 2 business days. The amount may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
