These Terms apply to your use of Jyotirmay (the "Platform"). By using Jyotirmay, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy (Auto Top-Up), Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital), and Grievance Redressal policy.

2) Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law.
3) What Jyotirmay is (and isn't)
Jyotirmay provides Jyotish/astrology-based interpretations and practical behavioural guidance prompts for self-reflection and planning. Jyotirmay is not medical, psychological/therapy, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. We do not guarantee outcomes.
4) Credits: purchases and use
Some outputs are available only when you have credits. Credits are prepaid units, not money, and are non-transferable. Pricing, bundles, and credit usage may change over time. The applicable price/usage is what is displayed at the time of purchase/unlock.
5) Credit grants
Jyotirmay may grant credits to specific users/cohorts on request, at our discretion. Grants may include expiry/limits if stated at grant time and may be revoked for misuse or fraud.
6) Auto Top-Up (optional)
If you enable Auto Top-Up, you authorize automatic credit purchases based on the rule shown at activation. You can disable Auto Top-Up anytime. Past successful top-ups are treated like completed credit purchases.
7) Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. We may retain transaction references for reconciliation, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
8) Acceptable use
You agree not to hack, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security/paywalls, upload malware, violate any law or third-party rights, or misuse the platform.
9) Intellectual property
All content and software are owned by Mbox Contract Solutions Pvt Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Jyotirmay for lawful personal use only.
10) Suspension/termination
We may suspend access in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated chargebacks, or legal requirements. You may stop using Jyotirmay at any time.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or INR 1,000, whichever is higher), unless prohibited by law.
12) Governing law
Indian law applies.
13) Dispute resolution - Arbitration (Mumbai)
Any dispute arising out of or relating to Jyotirmay or these Terms will be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. Seat and venue: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Language: English. Sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement within 30 days of written notice; failing which, appointment as per law. Courts in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai may be approached only for interim relief or enforcement of the award.
